About Us

Our lead designer, Adrienne, has been working in restaurants since before high school.  She became an award-winning mixologist and world-wide trainer for TGI Friday’s while working her way through college, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Cal Poly Pomona.  Shortly thereafter, an opportunity in commercial kitchen design became available.  A perfect fit!  She brings years of expertise to your project in a fun way that makes planning your dream a pleasure.

Adrienne is a Senior Associate member of FCSI, and her focus is on the efficiency, flow, and function of the facility.  Drawings and specifications required by the health and building departments, as well as every need and desire of the client’s, are met through her years of experience and meticulous attention to detail. Her genuine enthusiasm for creating just the right space for the customer is obvious when you talk with her. She loves what she does!

Adrienne lives in Coeur d’Alene, ID with her family and Goldie, a very small, energetic and happy four-legged friend.
